Lanzi Borromeo is a public speaker, a consultant, a radio broadcaster, and the founder of his own training company:
KAYA Training and Tools.

He and his dynamic team offers courses in Leadership Training, Team Building, and Personal Development.

Lanzi has worked with private companies speaking in Conferences and National Conventions for the likes of Dole Stanfilco, Eastwest Rural Bank, Phoenix Petroleum, and SGV | EY Philippines to name a few.

He has also had numerous engagements with Government Institutions like the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Education, and the Department of Interior and Local Government.

Under the American Union of NLP, he received training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming which he incorporates into his training modules.
